YR Series High-Voltage Three Phase Slip Ring Motor (H:355-1000mm)

YR Series high-voltage wound-rotor three-phase induction motors are available in both internal and external slip ring structures, featuring open or enclosed designs fabricated from steel plates. Rotors of this series employ special materials and winding techniques, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance, low vibration, low noise, high efficiency, elegant design, safe and reliable operation, and ease of maintenance. The stators and rotors are made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel plates, offering excellent insulation and magnetic properties with low losses. Vibration is controlled to ≤2.0 mm/s using high-speed dynamic balancing equipment, while the sound pressure level is limited to ≤85 dB(A). With protection ratings of IP23 and IP55, the motors incorporate an internal noise-reduction circuit. They are widely used in industries such as cement, crushers, steel, mining, and metallurgical machinery.
