Zhongmi Holdings Co., Ltd.

The predecessor of Zhongmi Holdings Co., Ltd. was the Sealing Technology Research Institute of Sichuan Provincial Machinery Research Institute, which was established in July 1978. It was one of the earliest institutions in China to conduct research on sealing technology and is the only A-share listed company (stock code: 300470) in the domestic mechanical sealing industry. In December 2019, in line with its strategy of diversification and internationalization, the company officially changed its name from “Sichuan Ri Ji Sealing Parts Co., Ltd.” to “Zhongmi Holdings Co., Ltd.”.

The company’s main products include mechanical seals, dry gas seals, sealing auxiliary (control) systems, rotating jet pumps, rubber-plastic seals, and special valves, among others. The product range is comprehensive, the parameter range is wide, and the application scope is broad. The company also customizes mechanical seal solutions tailored to different equipment and operating conditions for its clients. These products are widely used in the petrochemical, coal chemical, natural gas chemical, oil and gas transportation, power, metallurgy, and other industries, and their products and services are exported to regions such as Asia-Pacific, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Central Africa.

As of August 2026, the company owns seven subsidiary companies (including second-tier subsidiaries) such as Utec (Suzhou) Sealing Technology Co., Ltd., Da lian Huayang Sealing Co., Ltd., Sichuan Ri Ji Sealing Co., Ltd., Zigong Xin Di Peier Valve Co., Ltd., ZM Investment GmbH, Krüger & Sohn GmbH, and Zhong Mi International Machinery (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. Additionally, the company has invested in two enterprises and the Sichuan Revitalization Zhong Mi Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership).
