About the Company

Founded in 2000, Wuxi Houde Automation Meter Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer dedicated to online monitoring, protection and fault prediction & diagnosis systems for rotors and bearings of large rotating machinery. The core product lineup includes Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation (TSI), Machinery Protection System (MPS) for compressors, as well as vibration sensors, eddy current sensors, speed sensors and acceleration sensors. These products enable real-time online monitoring of critical parameters such as shaft vibration, rotational speed, axial displacement, bearing vibration, foundation vibration and phase position.​

The company has established four professional departments: Instrument Department, Sensor Department, Automation Control System Engineering Department and Reliability Test Laboratory. It also owns the Houde Instrument Technology Research Institute, focusing on the upgrading of intelligent instruments and sensors, the development of remote online fault diagnosis systems and professional technical training. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Lianyou Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd., specializes in designing and manufacturing experimental platforms for university scientific research, developing test devices for typical fault mechanism analysis, and building shared fault diagnosis laboratories and university joint laboratories.​

Houde’s monitoring and protection systems are widely applied in large rotating machinery including steam turbines, compressors, fans, motors, water pumps, coal mills and centrifuges. The products serve diverse industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power generation, coal mining, environmental protection, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cement, water conservancy, shipbuilding, rail transit and new energy.​
