The group currently operates two production bases and three wholly‑owned subsidiaries: Suzhou Double Gold Industry Co., Ltd. (Suzhou High‑tech Zone), Jiangsu Shuangjin New Materials Co., Ltd. (Xinghua High‑tech Zone), and Suzhou Seamless Steel Tube Factory (Suzhou High‑tech Zone).

As a technology‑driven, R&D‑oriented and innovative enterprise, Shuangjin Special Materials covers a total land area of 89,000 ㎡ with a building area of 65,000 ㎡ and total investment exceeding RMB 300 million.

Shuangjin is equipped with advanced metallurgical facilities, proven stable technologies and safe and reliable process workflows. For special‑function superalloy smelting, it adopts dual‑vacuum duplex process VIM+VAR and triple‑process VIM+PESR+VAR for melting and production. Its metallurgical equipment covers Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR), Protective‑atmosphere Electroslag Remelting (PESR), as well as conventional IF+AOD+LF+VOD processes.

Processing equipment includes heat‑treatment furnaces, peeling machines, burnishing & straightening machines, cold drawing machines, centerless grinders and others.

A complete set of testing facilities are available: SPECTRO direct‑reading optical emission spectrometer (Germany), hardness testers, tensile testing machines, impact testers, automatic & manual ultrasonic NDT equipment, eddy‑current NDT machines, corrosion testers, salt‑spray test chambers, LEICA metallographic microscopes (Germany), etc.

Since 2005, Shuangjin has successively obtained certifications including Lloyd’s Register ISO quality system, PED, IATF16949, ISO13485, Korean KR Classification Society and German AD2000. It has also established the nuclear‑product quality assurance system complying with China’s HAF003 Code on Quality Assurance for Nuclear Power Plants.
