The company was jointly invested by INOC Corporation (Head Office, Osaka; President: Masaaki Ito) and Iwatani Corporation. Established in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province in February 2004 with the objective of manufacturing and selling stainless‑steel pipe fittings, it officially commenced operation on May 19, 2005. It continuously supplies stainless‑steel pipe fittings, sanitary‑grade products and prefabricated process piping for Japanese and Chinese markets.
